Yayasan Eka Chita Pradnyan in Samsaman (previously Sanggar Belajar Masa Depan in Angkah) was founded in 2007 by Stichting Indonesië 2007 in cooperation with WINS. The Child sponsor program and Education program were implemented successfully. In 2017 Stichting Indonesia 2007 was followed up by YEAH foundation. This Learning Center is managed by Ketut Sunarmi and Made. Intan Rastini is the English teacher who is responsible for a continuous lesson schedule in cooperation with volunteers.
